The Scope of Services includes

• Consolidated Feasibility Study: Preparation of comprehensive feasibility study on the leasing of mineral processing plants, assessing the technical and financial viability for the Company to process Talc, Limestone, Calcium Carbonate, Kaolin, and other industrial minerals.
• Proposal and Presentation Development of formal proposals, including the creation of professional presentation slide decks.
• Technical Assessment & Operational Improvement Plan involving the conduction of detailed technical assessment of mineral processing plants and developing plans to optimize operations. This includes recommendations for necessary refurbishments, process flow adjustments, and equipment calibration required to achieve the company's production targets.
• Key Meeting Participation: Serve as the lead technical consultant in critical meetings, including the project presentation at joint technical inspections, financial negotiations, and workforce discussions.
